Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect our therapists’ time.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or no-call/no-show appointments will be subject to a charge of 70% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file.
Please confirm your appointment when reminder messages are sent. If we resend confirmation requests more than 3 times without a response, your appointment may be automatically cancelled.
